Overview
Assignment:
Contracts Administration Specialist
- Review invoices for compliance with rules on cost reimbursement for architecture and engineering contracts
Skills and Qualifications
- Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Comfortable reviewing spreadsheets of numbers and understanding percentages.
- Good customer service skills, good writing skills in particular.
- Location:
Downtown Seattle — Mostly remote; on-site for a monthly on-site meeting. - Duration: 5 months;
Start Date:
March 1, 2026;
End Date:
August 31, 2026 - Pay: $40.95 per hour
