Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an Executive Assistant for a well-regarded arts and culture organization that plays a meaningful role in Seattle’s creative community. This role is hybrid with three days onsite.
Position OverviewThis role provides hands‑on experience supporting executive leadership, managing communications, and coordinating projects in a fast‑paced and inspiring environment. The position is temporary with the potential to convert to permanent, making it ideal for someone who wants to contribute to the arts while building professional experience.

This role offers hourly pay of $29–$30 with a hybrid schedule (three days onsite).
