We are seeking an experienced, highly organized Office Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our Tukwila office. This is a full-time, in‑office position that serves as the operational backbone of our firm. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail‑oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities, ensure smooth office operations, and support our attorneys and staff in delivering outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities Office Operations & Administration- Oversee day‑to‑day office operations, ensuring efficient workflow and professional office environment
- Manage office supplies, equipment, technology, and workspace modifications
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, track expenses, and monitor office budget
- Process vendor payments and coordinate financial statements with outside accountants
- Assist with billing processes and ensure timely invoicing and collections
- Prepare monthly financial reports for firm leadership from internal CRM
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new employees
- Maintain personnel records, coordinate payroll processing, and administer benefits
- Support attorneys and staff with technology needs and training
- Coordinate scheduling for client meetings, depositions, and court appearances
- Ensure professional client experience from initial contact through matter conclusion
- Support attorneys with administrative tasks to maximize billable time
- Maintain organized filing systems for legal documents and administrative records
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or office management experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with legal practice management software and billing systems preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Proven ability to maintain a professional, welcoming office atmosphere
- Notary Public commission (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire) preferred

Tukwila, WA 98188 - Full‑time position:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm - In‑office position at our Tukwila location (not remote)
- Occasional flexibility required for special projects or firm events
