Our agency is looking to fill a part-time, permanent Office Assistant (OA3) vacancy within the Community Corrections Division. This permanent project position works for the Western Washington Workcrew Unit and performs advanced clerical support—recordkeeping, database entry and retrieval, and reception desk coverage—under the general supervision of the Western WA Workcrew Program Manager.

Duties- Manage reports and database entry and retrieval from various systems, such as Access, OMNI (Offender Management Network Information), and SharePoint.
- Maintain office supplies, vehicles, and equipment.
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and correspondence.
- Cover the front desk reception area on a rotational basis.
- Manage a multi‑line phone system.
- Manage physical and electronic records.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Six months of clerical and/or customer experience.
- Basic proficiency and knowledge with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
