• Respond to patient and family inquiries in a timely, courteous, and accurate manner
• Assist in maintaining a welcoming and organized unit environment for patients, families, and staff
• Provide staff, providers, vendors and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communication, including answering phones and triaging team requests
• Work closely with the charge RN to help manage patient flow, prioritize unit needs, and coordinate admits, transfers, and discharges
• Coordinate transportation and appropriate paperwork for patient transfers and diagnostic testing
• Handle unit paperwork, including patient chart maintenance, consent forms, and other documentation
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment and restock as needed; utilize computer systems such as Epic, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook for communication, documentation, and coordination
• Partner with all members of the care team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery
• Other duties as assigned by the department

• High school graduation or equivalent AND
• One year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience OR
• An equivalent combination of education/experience

Pay Range Minimum: $21.39 hourly

Pay Range Maximum: $28.83 hourly

Shift: First Shift (United States of America)

FTE (Full-Time Equivalent): 90.00%
