Hospitality & Reception Associate

Location:

Seattle, WA 98101
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

We are seeking a reliable and adaptable Hospitality & Reception Associate to support conference services and front desk operations. This role splits time between hospitality support and reception coverage and requires strong multitasking skills in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with conference room management and scheduling
  • Set up and break down conference rooms, including furniture and food service arrangements
  • Move tables, carts, and equipment throughout conference and office floors
  • Deliver and distribute mail, packages, and office supplies
  • Push supply carts as needed
  • Provide coverage at the main reception desk
  • Greet visitors and maintain a professional front office presence
  • Support general administrative tasks as needed
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to move carts, tables, and equipment throughout the office
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required
  • 1+ year of prior work experience in hospitality, office support, or customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel preferred)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexible and willing to learn
