Our Corporate Functions support Expedia Group, including Employee Communications, Finance, Legal, People Team, Inclusion and Diversity, and Global Social Impact and Sustainability. The Talent & Learning team offers an incredible opportunity for a Senior Executive Assistant. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the team, managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling a wide array of executive and administrative tasks.

As a trusted partner to the leadership team, you will support initiatives that drive talent development, learning strategies, and career growth programs. Your ability to anticipate needs, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple priorities will contribute to the team’s success in shaping the future of talent and learning across the organization.

In this role, you will:
  • Provide comprehensive support services to SVP and VPs, ensuring outstanding communication, responsiveness, and execution.
  • Manage Outlook inbox, task, and calendar, prioritizing inquiries and requests, troubleshooting conflicts with little guidance, and taking judgements to ensure smooth day‑to‑day engagements.
  • Work closely with each executive to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, anticipate needs in advance of meetings, conferences, etc., and follow up appropriately.
  • Prepare and edit documents as needed, including correspondence, memos, notes, presentations, reports, forms, spreadsheets, slide decks, etc.
  • Ensure well‑organized and up‑to‑date travel logistics, expense reports, contact lists, vendor and invoice management, files/records, and other administrative needs.
  • Assist in other related duties as needed.
Experience and qualifications:
  • 8+ years of executive support experience, including supporting senior executives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, speaking and writing with professionalism and tact in a wide range of circumstances.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Judgement to make appropriate, informed decisions regarding priorities, time, and communication, maintaining a high level of integrity and discretion with confidential information.
  • High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including Board members, senior executives, staff, and community leaders.
  • Demonstrated sensitivity to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, follow‑through, and attention to detail.
  • High initiative, productivity, and agility, completing a high volume of tasks and projects with limited guidance and reacting with appropriate speed to situations that require quick turnaround.
  • Technical proficiency to rapidly learn software and troubleshoot/solve technical problems.

Location:

Seattle. This role requires employees to be in‑office at least three days a week. Relocation assistance is not available.

Total cash range for this position in Seattle is $82,500.00 to $, with the potential to increase pay up to $ based on performance.
