About the role:
This role supports our client's contractor‑training program designed to build a skilled workforce for data centers opening in remote locations. Because many of these areas lack a local talent pipeline, the client partners with general contractors and specialized vendors to train individuals on the job and prepare them for full‑time placement within the data centers.
The position serves as the central coordination point between the client, the contractors who act as subject‑matter experts, and the trainees enrolled in the program. It requires strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills to ensure training delivery, documentation, and onboarding processes run smoothly at scale.
What you'll do:Program Coordination
- Work with all RSLs (Regional STAR Leads) to develop and update one global calendar to document major program milestones, including graduations, speaker and ECD/STAR host roster
- Coordinate with education and community partners to collect post-program data, metrics, feedback, etc.
- Ensure trackers for all general contractors are current at each major program milestone.
- Ensure that retention follow up is being executed at x, y, z timeframe.
- Develop program/project tracking mechanism.
- Coordinate weekly/biweekly RSL calls
- Procurement / distribution of STAR swag for regional events
- Procurement / distribution of STAR event kits for regional events
- Procurement / distribution of tool kits for STAR graduates
- New RSL summit: support developing agenda and logistics
- Full RSL summit: support developing agenda and logistics
- Development of legal SOWs for 2027 work
- Development of budget forecast for 2027
- Budget reconciliation and variance for 2026
- Development of STAR process playbook and program related documentation
- Development of STAR-related slide decks
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
- Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Workspace products.
- Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Training Program Coordinator position is $105,000 annually with bonus eligibility and the maximum salary for the position is $125,000 annually with bonus eligibility. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
