About the Role:

The Family Cruise Vacation Planner supports families by organizing cruise vacation experiences that are structured, well documented, and easy to follow. In this role, you will assist parents and caregivers in reviewing cruise itinerary options, accommodations, and onboard experiences while ensuring that all planning details are clearly outlined and coordinated. Your focus will be on organization, communication, and attention to detail while helping families prepare for a smooth and enjoyable vacation experience.

As a Family Cruise Vacation Planner, you will help organize travel arrangements that may include cruise reservations, pre-departure accommodations, transportation arrangements, and family-friendly activities. You will assist with organizing travel timelines, verifying reservation details, and ensuring that confirmations and documentation are accurate and accessible for clients. This role requires clear communication with clients throughout the planning process so they feel informed and confident in their arrangements.

This position is fully remote and well suited for individuals who enjoy organizing family experiences and managing detailed travel plans. You will work within structured processes to ensure each reservation and itinerary is carefully documented and properly coordinated. Training is provided for all new hires to ensure familiarity with planning systems, documentation procedures, and the coordination processes used to organize cruise vacations.
