Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Healthcare Administration, Virtual Assistant/ Remote Admin
Provide a wide range of highly complex administrative tasks in the Center for Infectious Disease Research (CGIDR). Responsibilities include the organization, prioritization and coordination of a high volume of work including confidential information for researchers in the center. Duties include exceptional customer service to customers and visitors; creating, typing, editing, and proofreading various department documents; creating and maintaining filing systems; scheduling meetings and arranging travel;
entering, extracting, and analyzing data into reports and presentations; running center events, auditing or reconciling financial statements and invoices; and managing workload required to complete projects. Additional duties will vary by department.
High school diploma or equivalent experience. Minimum five (5) years of related administrative work supporting high level management or executives in the areas of customer service and/or office management.
Required CredentialsN/A.
PreferredBachelor’s degree. Healthcare/medical office experience. Project management assistance experience.
Compensation Range$32.07 - $48.11 per hour
Salary InformationThis compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
