Senior Living Receptionist

Responsibilities
  • Greeting all visitors.
  • Answering the telephone.
  • Maintaining the front office area in a neat and organized manner.
  • Providing administrative support to all departments on an as‑needed basis.
Qualifications
  • A High School diploma or GED.
  • Two years’ experience as a receptionist (preferred).
  • A minimum of one year’s customer service experience.
  • Prior multi‑line phone experience.
Physical Requirements

This role requires regular use of a computer and may involve occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs), bending, or reaching. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
