As a Project Administrator at DLR Group, you will support our projects during the construction phase, ensuring the smooth execution of standard documentation workflows, organization, and communication tasks essential for the effective functioning of our project teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in the AEC industry.
What you will do- Confirm and manage construction‑phase contractual responsibilities.
- Coordinate with the construction phase team on workflows, meetings, and communication.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key team members and serve as the primary point of contact for documentation and workflows.
- Establish and maintain tracking and logging for construction documentation workflows.
- Manage pay applications, ensuring compliance with DLR Group’s risk‑management standards and processing approvals.
- Handle submittals, RFIs, and cost documentation, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Assist with field reports, punch lists, and closeout procedures.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in project administration within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry.
- Knowledge of A/E construction phase processes and contractual responsibilities.
- Proficiency in task organization, completion tracking, and prioritization.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Vantagepoint, Newforma, Procore, and AIA Contract Document software.

CompensationHourly Rate: $30 – $36 USD (based on location, experience, and skills).
