Title:

Executive Assistant II

Location:

Seattle, WA Duration: 6 months (potential for extension) Pay Range: $27 to $29 per hour Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars and scheduling for multiple Directors. Prioritize and handle a high volume of information and requests. Monitor and track meetings, priorities, and emails, acting as a proxy when needed. Manage travel arrangements and expense reports. Perform all administrative support functions for the office. Handle multiple tasks and action items, ensuring timely action on deliverables. Maintain high levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

Communicate effectively with senior professionals inside and outside the organization. Education

Qualification:

At least two years of college education required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience supporting senior management (Directors, VPs, Senior VPs, or CEOs). Impeccable attention to detail and ability to complete tasks with little to no guidance. Strong decision-making skills and ability to react with urgency to situations. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to switch gears quickly and efficiently. High degree of professionalism in dealing with senior professionals. Excellent PC skills, including strong working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook tools.
