Provide customer service support and perform routine office tasks in support of clinical and medical record services. Includes reception duties, data entry, word processing, answering a multiline phone system or switchboard, opening clinical charts in agency electronic health records (EHR) system, and overall office support for Medical Services.

Compensation: $21.24-$26.39 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications:
  • At least one year of vocational training in business office procedures plus one year of experience in providing customer service in a general office setting and with a multi-line telephone system. General office experience may be substituted year for year for educational requirements.
  • Knowledge of word processing software applications.
  • Ability to type a minimum of 50 wpm.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
