SENIOR RECEPTIONIST

Salary: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Rapport is a specialized division of FLIK Hospitality Group focusing on all aspects of guest and employee services, meeting and event planning, and conference center management. We provide long‑term career development for our ambassadors and invest in their growth through individualized training.

Job Summary

This is a fully on‑site role. The Welcome Host establishes a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for all clients, executives, and staff. Located at the reception desk, the Welcome Host is the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring they feel comfortable and are directed to the appropriate resources during their visit.

Job Responsibilities
  • Greet employees and visitors, welcome visitors with a positive attitude and sense of hospitality, and facilitate escort for guests.
  • Provide end‑to‑end hospitality for guests to ensure they are delighted and satisfied during arrival, stay, and departure.
  • Assist with workspace reservations using an online tool to maximize utilization.
  • Assist with guest services, including directing guests to appropriate resources, way finding, and checking coats and luggage.
  • Manage the access badge creation and assignment process for employees and visitors.
  • Act as point of contact for the global workplace support team.
  • Manage the transit card program for local employees, including enrollment, audits, ordering, and monthly reports.
  • Help facilitate and audit access lists for the building, gym, and bike storage for office employees.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a high‑quality experience for all guests.
  • Prepare and maintain the reception area daily to ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Provide information about the office, building, transportation, local restaurants, and other points of interest.
  • Update and maintain the office location guide for visitors.
  • Respond to inquiries via multiple communication channels.
  • Maintain awareness of business activity and communicate updates with team members.
  • Maintain knowledge of security, fire, health, and safety guidelines.
  • Meet or exceed company initiatives and key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive organizational performance.
  • Perform general operational and administrative support and other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks while interacting with clients and visitors.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of office technology, including Microsoft Office.
