SummaryProvides high-level administrative and logistical support to the Chief of Staff and Board of Directors, ensuring seamless coordination, communication, and execution of board-related activities and governance processes.

- Tech-savvy and resourceful, comfortable working across systems such as Microsoft Office, Adobe, and databases like Salesforce
- A proactive problem-solver who enjoys coordinating meetings, events, and complex logistics
- Energized by working behind the scenes to support meaningful leadership and conservation impact
- Coordinate and execute logistics for Board of Directors meetings, committee meetings, retreats, and special events
- Prepare, organize, and distribute board materials through the board portal, ensuring timely and accurate access
- Support annual board processes, including tracking activities, preparing correspondence, and managing deadlines
- Maintain board records, directories, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with governance practices
- Provide exceptional support and customer service to board members, leadership, and donors while fostering strong working relationships
- Education:
Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience - Experience:
At least three or more years of related administrative experience with two or more years supporting board members, executives, or high-level donors. - Successful applicants must live and work in Washington State to perform this role.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to speak a language in addition to English
