Summary

Provides high-level administrative and logistical support to the Chief of Staff and Board of Directors, ensuring seamless coordination, communication, and execution of board-related activities and governance processes.

Your Primary Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute logistics for Board of Directors meetings, committee meetings, retreats, and special events
  • Prepare, organize, and distribute board materials through the board portal, ensuring timely and accurate access
  • Support annual board processes, including tracking activities, preparing correspondence, and managing deadlines
  • Maintain board records, directories, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with governance practices
  • Provide exceptional support and customer service to board members, leadership, and donors while fostering strong working relationships
Qualifications
  • Education:

    Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience:

    At least three or more years of related administrative experience with two or more years supporting board members, executives, or high-level donors.
  • Successful applicants must live and work in Washington State to perform this role.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

  • Ability to speak a language in addition to English
