Clise Properties is seeking a Property Management Administrator to join our team. The Property Management Administrator will be experienced in providing top-notch customer service, highly organized and detail-oriented with a proven track record of assisting in all aspects of property management operations.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt)$70,000 - $90,000 Annually ($33-$44/Hour)
Property Management Support – Essential functions (including but not limited to)- Assist with building inspections, access control and pass down coordination for vendors and tenants, and coordinate amenity operations and usage.
- Participate in weekly meetings; take notes, maintain agenda and assist in managing and coordinating action items.
- Facilitates cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment, consistency, clear communication, and timely execution across teams.
- Invoice coding review and support, budget preparation and operational execution for assigned expense categories, assist with budget execution and management, retail gross sales tracking and draft expense reports.
- Assist with oversight, administration and management of assigned vendors and operational scopes of work for commercial office buildings, includes but not limited to janitorial, landscaping, holiday, pest elimination, parking operations, emergency preparedness, security and access control.
- Review, draft and maintain master service agreements and purchase orders – including ensuring contracts are current for all recurring services, prepare and send monthly occupancy and square footage reports.
- Support administrative and organizational functions for electronic and paper record management
- Liability insurance compliance; maintain compliant tenant Certificates of Insurance (COI’s).
- Update and maintain directories, contact information, and signage.
- Track and assist with administrative coordination of tenant move-in/move-outs.
- Schedule and conduct new tenant orientation ensuring tenants’ initial experiences with our operations teams meet the highest standard.
- Plan, coordinate and execute tenant relations, events and gifts.
- Respond and follow through on assigned tenant service requests and inquiries, coordinate billable work items as necessary.

This position has no employee supervisory responsibilities but does supervise vendors.
Qualifications- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Aptitude for technology and software systems (inclusive of access control, databases, property management software, AP platforms, Prop Tech, accounting software).
The ideal candidate would possess the following at the time of hire as a minimum requirement:
- 3-5 years’ experience working in a commercial office property management setting or equivalent office setting.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in related field preferred.
This job operates in a professional and corporate office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
Position Type and Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time non-exempt position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.
Physical DemandsThis is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
