Job Description Summary
Fenwick is excited to offer an internship opportunity within our Facilities department in Seattle, supporting office services and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities- Support day‑to‑day office services operations, including courier and interoffice mail delivery, copy and production requests, and office supply distribution.
- Organize and stock offices, workstations, copy rooms, pantries, and common areas; support conference room set‑ups and special office services projects.
- Provide front‑of‑house and hospitality support for staff, clients, and guests.
- Set up conferences and events, deliver food and beverage, maintain pantry and catering equipment, and basic front desk coverage (greeting visitors, answering phones).
- Support signage creation and special events to contribute to a welcoming office environment.
This internship will be located in our Seattle, WA office and requires 100% in‑office presence. The role is non‑exempt, part‑time, and expected to run through summer 2026.
Qualifications- Currently enrolled in a college degree program.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Clear communication and teamwork abilities.
- Interest in office operations, hospitality, or workplace services.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a professional environment.
At Fenwick, we provide benefits to eligible employees under plans such as Healthcare, Life Insurance, Health Savings Accounts, Flexible Spending Accounts, and Wellbeing. Temporary employees are generally not entitled to these benefits. The anticipated salary range for this position is $1,000 – $1,500,000.
Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus for eligible employees, based on performance.
