We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day support and help keep both professional and personal responsibilities running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, pays close attention to detail, and can anticipate needs before they arise.

The Person al Assistant will serve as a trusted partner, managing schedules, coordinating activities, handling communications, and assisting with various administrative and personal tasks. Success in this role requires discretion, flexibility, strong organizational skills, and a genuine commitment to supporting others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Screen and respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications when appropriate.
  • Coordinate personal and professional schedules to ensure priorities are met.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with event planning, reservations, and special projects.
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed.
  • Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Run occasional personal errands and coordinate household or lifestyle-related services.
  • Maintain organized records, files, and important documents.
  • Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and commitments to ensure timely completion.
  • Provide administrative support and help solve day-to-day challenges efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar support role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining regular communication.
