Executive Assistant

Position Overview

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to multiple senior leaders, managing calendars, travel, communications, meetings, presentations, and special projects. This role requires exceptional organization, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, travel, and appointments.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
  • Prepare presentations, agendas, meeting materials, and executive correspondence.
  • Organize executive meetings, board meetings, and company events.
  • Process expense reports, invoices, and administrative documentation.
  • Support special projects, corporate initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for executive and office-related inquiries.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Provide backup support for office operations, front desk functions, and executive administration as needed.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of Executive Assistant or senior administrative support experience.
  • Experience supporting multiple executives in a complex or multinational organization.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize shifting demands and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information and sensitive situations professionally.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
