Bright Now! Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to join our team in Seattle, WA!
As the first point of contact for our patients, the PCC plays a key role in creating a welcoming and positive office experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong communication and customer service skills.
Schedule (days/hours)Monday 9am-6pm, Tuesday 8am-5pm, Wednesday 8am-5pm, Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 7am-4pm
Responsibilities- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Answer phones and assist patients with questions
- Verify insurance and collect patient information
- Support the clinical team with administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure a smooth patient experience
- Dental experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Basic computer knowledge and comfort learning new systems
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting
