Job Description
Harborview Medical Center's Psychiatry Department has an outstanding opportunity for a Staff Scheduling Coordinator.
Work Schedule- 40 hours per week

Job Responsibilities
- Schedule RN's, Patient Service Specialists, and Patient Care Techs in scheduling software (UKG Pro.).
- Record keeping including tracking minimum shift requirements for intermittent staff members, and tracking timecard exceptions.
- Process shift requests.
- Answer questions from staff members re: staffing/scheduling questions.
- Schedule staff members for last-minute shifts.
- Practice fiscal responsibility by minimizing the use of overtime and maintaining productivity within target range.
High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of administrative experience.
Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license, certification, and/or registration.
Desired- Excellent written and oral communication skills; this role will interact with staff members and communicate regularly with the hospital staffing office.
- The ability to prioritize and organize tasks.
- Computer literacy including UKG Pro. (can be learned on the job) and Outlook (email, Teams, One Drive).
- Knowledge of Union contacts (can be acquired on the job) to ensure scheduling complies with contact language.
- Pay Range Minimum: $22.94 hourly
- Pay Range Maximum: $32.81 hourly
