An Associate Patient Care Coordinator provides a range of receptionist and skilled clerical duties to support the department. This position is responsible for scheduling patients, obtaining necessary documentation, and coordinating aspects of patient care to ensure continuity of care. The coordinator will perform prior authorizations when necessary and uphold the mission and values of the organization.
Required Qualifications- Completion of PMC's Competency Review for BOS/PSR/PAR staff with a passing score within 90 days of hire.
- Customer service experience.
- 6 months of medical office experience.
- 6 months of experience in EMR.
