Job Summary
This full‑time Legal Support Assistant position is located in Seattle. The role supports legal administrative assistants with document production, file organization, records management, and mailings.
Responsibilities- Assist with document production, file organization, records management, and mailings.
- Prepare, format, and edit Excel spreadsheets, PDFs, and documents.
- Prepare binders and exhibits, and manage documents.
- Print, copy documents and prepare mail.
- File documents manually and electronically.
- Enter time and prepare and track expense reports.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Prior law firm or professional services experience preferred.
- Comfortable working in a large professional environment.
- Working knowledge of the firm’s computer applications, document management system, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent technical, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
