• Enter data accurately and efficiently into databases and spreadsheets
• Verify and correct data discrepancies or errors to maintain data integrity
• Organize and maintain electronic and paper files
• Assist with data cleanup and organization projects as needed
• Perform regular data backups to ensure data security and accessibility
• Generate reports and summaries based on entered data
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data entry tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Follow data entry protocols and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy

• Excellent typing speed and accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus for extended periods
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
• Familiarity with data entry software and systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Job Type: Full‑time
• Pay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹11,000.00 per month
