The Appraisal and Repair Administrator is a vital member of the Appraisal and Repair team.  Responsibilities:  
*** Client Relations**:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for Zale's, Kay's banners, and other clients, ensuring a positive initial impression level setting expectations
*** Communication Management:
*** Efficiently manage the SSW Appraisals voicemail queue and oversee correspondence between stores and Appraisers to address concerns or queries.
*** Record Keeping:
*** Update and maintain accurate customer appraisal records in relevant databases.

Supplies Management:
Monitor and manage stocks of appraisal collateral, ensuring critical supplies are always available.
*** Team Support:
*** To ensure seamless operations, provide necessary support to colleagues and team members.
*** Problem Solving:
*** Collaborate with Appraisers and other relevant parties to resolve issues promptly

Qualifications:

* A minimum of 2 years of experience in the jewelry industry is desirable.
* At least 4 years of experience in a customer service role.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and comfortable with technology.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated organizational and leadership capabilities.
* Well acquainted with office management processes and fundamental accounting principles.
* Minimum education of a high school diploma. A BSc/BA in office administration or a related field will be considered a plus.
* Accredited Jewelry Professional (AJP) certification will be an advantage.  
* The hourly range for this opportunity is $22.00 - $25.00. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
