We’re looking for a friendly, confident Front Desk Associate to join our team at Ballard Acupuncture Center — a thriving, heart‑centered clinic that supports women through life’s many transitions, including fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause.

This is more than just a front desk job — it’s an opportunity to be part of something meaningful. You’ll help us create a warm, welcoming space for our patients and play a key role in making sure their healing experience is smooth and supportive from the moment they walk in.
Wednesday 2 - 6:30 pm Thursday 1-6:30 pm Friday 1-6:30 pm Saturday 9-6:30 pm
Compensation & Benefits$24/hr

Compensation: $24 hourly
What You’ll Be Doing- Greeting and checking patients in and out with kindness and professionalism
- Scheduling appointments and handling phone/email communications
- Opening and closing the clinic
- Preparing simple herbal formulas (training provided!)
- Light laundry and setting up treatment rooms
- Keeping the front desk running efficiently and peacefully
- Have at least 1 year of experience in a receptionist, admin, or customer service role
- Communicate clearly and kindly (both in person and in writing)
- Can multitask and stay organized, even on busy days
- Are available to work Saturdays
- Enjoy holistic health, helping people, and being part of a supportive team
- Know your way around a computer (Microsoft Office is a plus!)
