Position Overview
The Office Manager will play an essential role in maintaining a welcoming, organized, and efficient day‑to‑day environment. This highly visible position supports front office operations, communications, recordkeeping, administrative processes, and a variety of operational needs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, service‑minded, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
Perks- Competitive pay of $24-$29 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
- Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM schedule
- 4-6 week temporary assignment with the possibility of extension

- Gain hands‑on experience across administration, operations, communications, and event support
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and other stakeholders, managing front desk communications, inquiries, and access procedures
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, forms, and confidential files while providing data entry and general administrative support
- Coordinate day‑to‑day office operations, including mail, supplies, inventory, office equipment, technology, and vendor communication
- Support operational needs, including scheduling, communications, reporting, and required documentation
- Assist with events, engagement activities, organizational initiatives, and communications
- Provide additional administrative and operational support, including purchase orders, financial forms, facilities requests, and special projects
- Previous experience in office administration, front desk support, customer service, or a similar service‑oriented environment preferred
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and attention‑to‑detail skills with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and service‑oriented approach
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, and Slides;
Spanish/English bilingual fluency is a plus - Ability to maintain confidentiality, sound judgment, adaptability, and professionalism while successfully completing required health and background checks
This position offers an hourly pay rate of $24-$29, depending on experience and qualifications.
