The Technology Alliance is seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Coordinator, Events and Programs to help deliver the events, programs, and experiences that connect Washington's innovation community. This is a part-time position working 20 hours per week.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing people together, managing details behind the scenes, and creating exceptional experiences for attendees, sponsors, speakers, and partners. You will play an important role in supporting technology, policy, and community events.
The successful candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift and no two days are exactly the same. This role offers exposure to Washington's technology ecosystem, industry leaders, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and community partners.

Position SummaryCoordinator, Events and Programs provides structured support for TA events and programs, with a primary focus on event logistics, registration support, scheduling, data tracking, attendee communications, and consistent execution of established event processes as well as some administrative support for the CEO. This role works within established guidelines and partners closely with our program managers to support a high-quality sponsor, attendee, and speaker experience.
WhatYou'll DoEvents Coordination and Administrative Support
- Coordinate recurring Technology Alliance event and program logistics, including scheduling, materials, vendor and speaker communications, registration details, sponsorship support, in‑kind contribution tracking, and day‑of execution support under established guidelines and direction.

Discovery Series, Policy Matters Conference, Entrepreneurial Climate Summit. State of Technology Luncheon, and legislative dinners. - Support additional and ad hoc events as needed.

- Coordinate with community partners to support event promotion, logistics, and member/employee engagement.
- Provide administrative support (correspondence, proofreading, website updates, mailings, scheduling, and file management).
