Project Administrator

Description

Established consulting engineering firm in downtown Seattle seeks an experienced project admin to join and provide daily support of two supervisors and provide tracking and a level of oversight of their team. This role will require activities specifically related to a coordination of project, helping with redlines and drafting support, travel calendar, project logging and tracking, review of expense reports, tracking/ordering of equipment, QC reviews of reports, assembling information for reports, specification updates and other tasks needed to support team leadership.

Position will have oversight from the commissioning principals and is responsible for data intensive tasks associated with the firm’s core services and practices. Accuracy and effective multi-tasking are paramount in this position.

Intermediate Level

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $40.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Seattle,WA.
