Our company is currently seeking an additional Bookkeeper to join our team! We are a Queen Anne/Magnolia area plumbing contractor needing an experienced bookkeeper with proficiency in Quick Books Accounting software to work with existing staff. We are a 50 employee company. Our new bookkeeper must also be good at organizing and communicating goals to others.

We are searching for a talented, highly organized, and resourceful administrator to provide day-to-day clerical, and accounts receivable tasks, as well as weekly payroll. The Bookkeeper will support the CEO and all department managers with clerical assistance, in addition to keeping billings and collections running smoothly and efficiently while maintaining clear lines of communication with all those involved in the billing process.

This position is responsible for all A/R activities, including tracking, collections, and billings. Skill level, experience, and willingness are as vital to our team as is creativity and a great attitude.

A typical day as our Bookkeeper will utilize skills such as,

• Applying your experience and knowledge in A/R to design, build, and execute a reliable and consistent billing process
• Leading and managing collection efforts
• Receiving and processing client payments
• Working to maintain up-to-date and accurate information in Quick Books
• Using our company software (Service Fusion) for daily, weekly and monthly reporting
• Assisting our CEO with accomplishing various on the fly tasks
• Initiating continual contact with dept. leaders to coordinate smooth, company-wide billings operations
• Managing and paying bills on time

In 1991, Loyal Mechanical acquired Pioneer Plumbing and expanded its business to include service plumbing work. Today Pioneer Plumbing is active in all aspects of plumbing including large commercial projects, new construction, remodels, re-pipes, service, drain cleaning, and side sewer.
