Job Summary:
The Community Services Team (CST) Administrative Coordinator supports the work of multiple teams including Food Security, Bridge to Finish, and Systems Change/Public Policy, and other Financial & Housing Stability teams within CST and contributes to an effective team environment in accomplishing team goals and objectives. This position is responsible for providing program and logistical support, maintaining documents and data, project and process management and executing other administrative tasks as assigned.
Compensation:
- The hourly rate for this position ranges from $28.58 to $30.08.

Essential Duties:
- Provides administrative agency, program, and data management support.
- Processes agency contracts, service grants and stipends using Data Management Center (DMC), e-CImpact, Mission CRM (MCRM), Power Apps and/or Adobe Acrobat (or similar electronic agreement tool).
- Assists with grantee reporting requirements, including setting up online reporting forms, compiling outcome & data reports, and ensuring that information on agency portals are kept up to date.
- Provides timely responses to email in the customer service and program mailboxes, as well as other public folders.
- Provides administrative and logistical support at meetings, trainings, events, and/or convenings, including securing venue, vendors & catering, managing registration, conducting training, and purchasing supplies.
- Processes invoices and expense reimbursements, reconciles monthly credit card billing, organizes receipts, and obtains signatures for timely submission to accounting.
- Proofreads and applies editorial judgment to contracts, letters, emails, forms, reports, etc., as requested.
- Tracks, prepares, updates, and verifies committee lists, meeting schedules, miscellaneous forms, and charts. Maintains contact and volunteer information in MCRM.
- Supports team in strengthening and refining policies and processes to increase clarity and efficiency. Includes creating and/or updating process documents for all tasks.
- Supports programs in maintaining and organizing SharePoint sites, CST's UNet pages, as well as various landing pages.
- Staff members on this team are assigned specific projects and/or programs to support. Assignments may be reallocated to meet the department's needs and deliverables so cross training is a critical component for all.
- Supports programmatic teams in managing projects, tracking tasks and deadlines.
- Requires some local travel and some early morning and evening meetings. Must be able to transport supplies, materials and refreshments, as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
