Our client, a dynamic and innovative organization in the tech industry, is seeking a Office Administrator to join their team. As a Office Administrator, you will be part of the Software department supporting the Software Platforms & Product team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs
- Serve as the primary contact for facilities and IT issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Organize and support on-site events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives
- Assist with administrative tasks such as onboarding, documentation updates, and budget tracking
- 2-5 years of experience in office management or workplace operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing vendors and coordinating events
- Proficiency with Google Workspace
