Our Ideal Candidate Qualities:

Basic understanding of automotive systems and the ability to perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, fluid checks, and lubrication.

Previous experience in a shop or dealership is preferred

Attended previously or currently enrolled in a technical school automotive program

Must be adaptable to new concepts. The automotive industry evolves quickly and therefore you must be willing to learn new tools, technology, and techniques.

Technology Savvy must be able to learn our systems and navigate them as needed with ease.

Must have a genuine desire to grow with us in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

As a Lube Technician, you will perform vehicle maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards.

Perform minor maintenance, e.g., changing engine oil and filters.

Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels.

Communicate appropriate customer vehicle repair and maintenance recommendations to the service advisor liaison.

Qualifications:

Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.

Experience as an express/quick lube technician preferred.

Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.

Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.

A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation.
