# SM Detailer Seattle, WA 98125## Overview Salary Range $25.00 - $30.00 Hourly## Description As an Automotive Detailer at Scharmach Automotive Group, you will play a vital role in maintaining the appearance and quality of vehicles. You will provide thorough cleaning and detailing services for both customer-owned and dealership-owned vehicles, ensuring they are in pristine condition for delivery, sale, or display.

The pay range is $25.00 to $30.00 an hour.

Key Responsibilities:

* Wash, wax, and polish vehicle exteriors using specialized tools and products.
* Vacuum and shampoo vehicle interiors, including carpets, seats, and upholstery.
* Clean and treat surfaces such as dashboards, consoles, and leather components.
* Perform deep cleaning services, including removing stains, odors, and debris.
* Detail engine compartments and other less commonly serviced areas when required.
* Inspect vehicles before and after detailing to ensure quality standards are met.
* Maintain detailing equipment, tools, and work areas in an organized and clean manner.
* Work collaboratively with service advisors, sales teams, and other dealership staff.
* Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing specific detailing requests.## Qualifications

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience in automotive detailing or related field preferred but not required.
* Ability to operate detailing tools and equipment safely and effectively.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
* Valid Washington State driver’s license with a clean driving record.
* Strong time management and organizational skills.
