Position: Service Advisor – Automotive Company: Finesse Auto Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000 – $140,000 per year (Commission-Based, High Earning Potential)
Location: Seattle, WA Hours: Monday – Friday
Finesse Auto has been serving Seattle since 2014 with a 10-bay European service facility. We specialize in European vehicles and take pride in professionalism, collaboration, and high-quality repairs. We are currently seeking a skilled automotive Service Advisor to join our team and help ensure cars are repaired right the first time. Our team works together in a smooth, organized, and drama-free environment, where your expertise and voice are valued.

- Advisor pay structure:
Commission % on GP - Annual pay range: $70,000 – $140,000, based on ability and experience

- Experienced automotive service advisors who want to work with a professional, collaborative team
- Open to learning proven processes that create an efficient and organized shop
- European shop or dealership experience preferred
- Greet customers and assist with scheduling service appointments
- Consult with customers to understand vehicle issues and provide accurate service recommendations
- Coordinate with technicians for timely repair completion
- Communicate updates and additional service needs clearly to customers
- Maintain thorough service records
- Uphold excellent customer service standards
- 3+ years of automotive customer service experience
- Knowledge of European/exotic vehicles preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes
