About the Role:

The Lot Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of vehicle logistics within a dealership or service center. This position is responsible for the safe movement, organization, and maintenance of vehicles on the lot, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and operational flow. The Lot Attendant acts as a liaison between customers and service teams by providing exemplary customer service and maintaining a professional appearance.

This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Ultimately, the Lot Attendant supports the overall business by managing vehicle inventory and facilitating timely service delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions accurately.
• Proficiency in operating a variety of vehicles, including light trucks.
• Basic English communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in auto body or automotive service environments.
• Familiarity with dealership timekeeping and inventory management systems.
• Previous customer service experience in an automotive or related field.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate and maneuver a wide variety of vehicles, including light trucks and passenger cars, within the lot and service areas.
• Receive, park, and organize vehicles in designated areas to maximize space and accessibility.
• Assist customers by providing courteous and professional service, including vehicle retrieval and delivery.
• Utilize the timekeeping system accurately to log work hours and vehicle movements.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and service personnel to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
• Maintain a clean and orderly lot environment, including basic vehicle cleaning and lot upkeep.
• Follow all safety guidelines and dealership policies to prevent damage and ensure a safe working environment.
