Experienced Service Advisor

Overview

Seattle Jeep Hyundai is seeking a motivated, customer‑focused Service Advisor to join our already stellar service team! In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and positive service experience. Your ability to communicate clearly, build trust, and manage service flow will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and long‑term loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, listen actively, and accurately assess their service needs.
• Provide clear explanations of recommended and required maintenance, repairs, and tire services.
• Identify and communicate additional services based on vehicle condition, mileage, condition, and manufacturer requirements
• Create and transmit repair orders to technicians, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain consistent updates regarding repair status, timelines, and costs.
• Process payments accurately while following dealership cash‑handling procedures.
• Achieve and maintain customer satisfaction scores above the national average.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and customer‑ready service environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a customer‑facing automotive role preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Familiarity with upselling techniques and value‑based service recommendations.
• Experience collaborating with technicians to ensure efficient workflow from intake to delivery.
• Experience with Stellantis and/or Hyundai is desired but not required.
• Dealer Track & Xtime is a big plus..
• Shift: Day shift
• Workdays: Monday - Friday
