Role Description

La Union Studio is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Operations & Project Coordinator to join our team in a part-time, hybrid capacity. This cross-functional position plays a key role in supporting day-to-day business operations, project management workflows, sales pipeline management, administrative processes, and client coordination.

The ideal candidate will bring exceptional communication skills, strong organizational and analytical abilities, and a self-starting attitude. This role frequently supports outward-facing interactions and requires someone who can confidently represent La Union Studio’s brand identity, culture, and values in all communications and client engagements.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in administrative support, project coordination, operations, and/or business development functions.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with excellent phone, email, presentation, and facilitation etiquette.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to represent and communicate the studio’s brand identity, values, and culture in all external-facing interactions.
  • Expert use of project management tools to organize, prioritize, and adapt work quickly in response to changing needs, while working efficiently under deadlines.
  • Demonstrated expertise using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Asana, Smartsheet, Slack, Mail Chimp, CRM systems, video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom), and cloud file management tools such as One Drive and Sharepoint.
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare summaries that support operational and financial decision-making.
  • Experience in architecture, design, construction or creative industries is a plus.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
