Overview

A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking a Fire Alarm Service & Inspections Division Manager to help lead and grow their fire alarm service and inspections operations at their Seattle, WA office. This role combines technical leadership, field support, and operational oversight, with the opportunity to transition into a more management-focused position as the division expands.

• Overseeing daily service and inspection operations, including scheduling, workload distribution, and resource management
• Performing inspections and service work in the field as needed while helping build backlog and support division growth
• Leading, mentoring, and developing technicians and future managers while fostering a high-performance culture
• Serving as the technical subject matter expert for fire alarm systems, programming, troubleshooting, and system design
• Ensuring compliance with NFPA, IBC, IFC, and local AHJ requirements through quality control and report review
• Supporting business development efforts by identifying opportunities and helping sell service work as the division grows

• Minimum 10 years of experience in fire alarm or fire sprinkler service/inspections, NICET Level II (or higher) in Fire Alarm or Fire Sprinkler systems preferred
• Ability to qualify as the Washington L06 Electrical Administrator / Technician license holder
