What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Spearhead programs that enhance customer satisfaction and improve agent experiences

What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Advanced Excel skills and a willingness to learn SQL
  • Experience collaborating with diverse teams to drive outcomes in complex organizations
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) and Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent)

  • Proven success in a highly quantitative environment
