• Coordinate execution of cross-functional work streams to achieve cohesive outcomes
  
  Utilize data to inform business decisions and analyze impacts on performance metrics
• Develop and drive efficiency programs that have tangible impacts on operational metrics
• Mentor and support the training and onboarding of team members

• 5+ years of experience managing impactful projects and programs focused on customer-centric growth
• Proven ability to improve operational KPIs using strong analytical skills and data from operational tools
• Advanced Excel skills and a willingness to learn SQL
• Experience collaborating with diverse teams to drive outcomes in complex organizations
• Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) and Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent)

• Experience in online marketplaces and startup environments
• Proven success in a highly quantitative environment
• Strong influencing skills with intra- and interdepartmental decision-makers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
