The RoleWe’re hiring a Chief of Staff — a founder-track operator who will help drive execution across every part of the company.
This is not a coordination role. This is an execution + strategy + ownership role for someone who wants to learn how category-defining companies are built from the inside.
You’ll work directly with the CEO on the company’s highest-priority initiatives across GTM, product, hiring, partnerships, fundraising, and operations.

- Translate strategy into executable plans
- Track key initiatives and ensure completion
- Prepare decision memos, analyses, and strategic briefs
- Run cross-functional projects across GTM, product, hiring, and ops
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions
- Build lightweight internal systems and dashboards
- Research target accounts and industries
- Support outbound and partnership initiatives
- Build briefing docs for customer conversations
- Prepare investor updates and board materials
- Build presentations for customers and partners
- Support fundraising and strategic initiatives
- 2–5 years experience in startups, consulting, VC, product, or operator roles
- MBA for Tier-1 school preferred
- Extremely strong written communication
- Structured thinking + analytical rigor
- Ability to operate with minimal direction
- Exceptional organizational discipline
- Relentlessly resourceful

- Comfortable context-switching across domains

Many people in this role go on to become founders, GMs, or executives.
Compensation- $120K - $140K base
- Meaningful early equity
