We are looking for a resource planning & analytics associate for our newly formed team.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive E-commerce resource planning strategies with a specialization in user growth, including goal/budget setting and performance review.
* Conduct data analysis to evaluate the performance of user growth, identify trends, and make recommendations for optimization.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute user growth Strategy.
