What You’ll Be Doing:- Owning and executing the sales plan for all channel partners across the specified region, ensuring alignment with Synopsys’ channel principles and growth objectives.
- Establishing and nurturing productive relationships with key partner personnel, ensuring mutual focus and commitment to shared goals.
- Leading annual joint business planning sessions and quarterly business reviews to track performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Driving awareness and adoption of channel programs, tools, and resources to maximize partner engagement and success.
- Providing and coordinating comprehensive support, training, and coaching to partners in sales, technical, marketing, and order management functions.
- Assisting partners in pipeline development to fuel sustainable and profitable growth, and providing hands‑on leadership for significant regional opportunities.
- Delivering accurate and timely forecasting, including forward‑looking pipeline reviews and regular forecast updates with channel partners.
- Resolving partner issues, including pricing, discounting, special offers, channel conflicts, and customer concerns, while ensuring satisfaction with Synopsys solutions.
- Developing and managing relationships with new and existing solution partners for co‑marketing initiatives and demand generation.
- Analyzing regional business trends, competitive landscape, and market data to inform and refine market coverage strategies.
- Ensuring full compliance with Synopsys’ channel programs and agreements.
You Will Have:
