PXE Strategy Realization Office

Why We Have This Role

This Strategy Realization Office team member will play a critical role in translating Qualtrics strategy into execution as a direct line of support for one the Executives in our Product, UX, Engineering, and Security (PXE) organization. This highly cross-functional role acts as an internal consultant and operational excellence leader to identify and solve critical business problems. As an experienced generalist, you will artfully combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to help the function run smoothly, make smarter decisions, and achieve their strategic goals.

Things You’ll Do

• Strategic problem solving and project management:
Own projects to address complex, high-priority problems that span multiple departments. Recommend data-driven solutions to executives and orchestrate execution to ensure results are delivered on time and on budget.

• Drive operational excellence and efficiency:
Proactively identify and resolve inefficiencies and bottlenecks across various processes and systems to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall operational effectiveness.

• Enable data-driven decision making:
Analyze data from various sources to provide executives with actionable insights to help them navigate complex business challenges and inform strategic decisions.
