The PositionWe are looking for a contracts manager to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who can develop scopes of work, support solicitation processes, perform vendor relationship management, and coordinate budgeting and invoice processing for professional service and small works contracts.

Ideal Candidate- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- Four years of additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- Five or more years of contract administration and vendor relationship management
- Plan, organize, develop, and monitor all centralized professional services and small works contracts
- Negotiate contracts and extensions for professional services and small works
- Perform cost analysis of contract proposals
- Prepare budget projections for annual contract expenditures; develop cost estimates and ensure compliance and accuracy of contracts
- Communicate with contract professionals and representatives
- Create and maintain a tracking mechanism for all contracts for assigned unit
