STEP 12‑Month Rotations

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related field required
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Enthusiastic, self‑starter attitude
  • Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Flexible and adaptable team player
Salary & Compensation
  • Exempt position, not subject to overtime
  • Annual pay of $80,168.40
