Compensation: Base Salary up to $70,000 + Bonus Potential

Location: Hybrid position based out of Seattle Metro

Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2 Employee, Exempt

Reports To: Vice President of Business Development

ARC Health's Business Development Representative (BDR) will ensure the growth, development, and execution of the marketing and business development strategy consistent with the focus and goals of ARC Health's partnering provider groups. Primary geography will consist of the Seattle Metro area.

The BDR is responsible for analyzing opportunities in their specific geographic area and developing a business development plan to maximize potential referrals. The BDR will work to improve the organization’s market position and achieve financial growth by defining long and short‑term patient acquisition strategies, building key relationships, identifying and pursuing business opportunities, and maintaining extensive knowledge of the current market conditions.

NOTE:
The candidate we hire must live in Seattle, WA Metro and work remotely with regular travel to develop business.

Business Development Representative Responsibilities
  • Build awareness of multiple mental health service lines through a variety of outreach methods such as cold calls, office visits, virtual meetings, presentations, and attending events and conferences.
  • Utilize multi‑channel sales approaches and outreach to grow and manage relationships within the medical and other community stakeholders.
  • Work cross‑functionally with Intake, Operations, and Clinical Development to identify high‑priority accounts for current and future market growth.
  • Liaise between Marketing and Intake in providing feedback and guidance to enhance patient lead generation and conversion.
  • Develop new relationships and maintain existing relationships to generate referrals of patients seeking psychiatric and/or psychological care.
  • Work in a collaborative environment to meet individual and team goals.
  • Design and execute market development plans to focus and prioritize patient acquisition strategies.
  • Achieve budgeted financial targets of assigned geographic area(s).
  • Actively communicate business opportunities with the leadership team and continuously seek to improve referral processes.
Business Development Representative Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary up to $70,000 + Bonus Opportunities up to $20,000

Requirements

Business Development Representative Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1‑2 years prior industry‑related business and referral development and management and marketing experience for outpatient facilities and service lines (mental healthcare preferred)
  • 1‑2 years minimum experience in B2B healthcare sales
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills needed to create and disseminate reports and provide informational presentations to key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C‑suites
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines; experience using a variety of CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred)
  • Strong team player and willingness to work cross‑functionally across multiple departments and stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial and solution‑driven, with the resourcefulness and tenacity to drive business growth and quickly connect with key decision‑makers
  • Ability to abide by ethical guidelines and policies, including strict adherence to confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines
  • Clean driving record
  • Candidates must live in Seattle Metro
Work Environment
