Delivery & Practice Product Lead, E‑commerce Fulfillment

Responsibilities

• Bachelor degree or above, 5+ years of system product planning and functional design experience in the e-commerce fulfillment or international logistics industry, cross region and cross culture work experience is preferred.
• Have a good understanding of e-commerce fulfillment, supply chain, logistics, and other related industries. Experience in large e-commerce companies or international logistics companies is preferred.
• With excellent communication skills, cross-team collaboration and system project management skills.
• Has the ability to think outside the box and is able to take initiative in innovation to solve complex problems.

• Experience in Delivery and Practice product.
• Technical product management experience in leading E-commerce or logistics companies.
• Independent and entrepreneurial outlook. Proven ability to work with minimal direction.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually). The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $176,320 - $296,020 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
