AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) drives revenue and growth across small‑to‑mid‑market accounts and enterprise‑level customers, including the public sector. The Partner Funding Program Manager supports AWS Partner Funding & GTM Programs that drive growth for AWS and the AWS Partner Network (APN).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow programs that support partners and AWS field priorities across global teams.
  • Align with Program, Operations, Sales / Partner Sales, Partner Management, Specialist Organization, and Business Development to execute partner funding programs worldwide.
  • Manage multiple priorities and influence global teams in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Own the end‑to‑end process, including automation, to scale program operations.
  • Provide insights on program performance, propose process or system improvements, and guide Geo Teams to acquire and grow customers.
  • Monitor partner utilization of funds, oversee the funding budget, and balance partner needs with financial stewardship.
  • Track performance measures, own sales and revenue goals, and support senior‑management business reviews using a data‑driven approach.
Basic Qualifications
  • At least 7 years of experience developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
  • At least 7 years of professional or military experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Founder or executive experience focused on related segments, or practice leader / business unit owner.
  • Experience selling to Fortune 1000 or Global 2000 organizations.
